1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or using services provided by Steady Cleaning Services ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Steady Cleaning Services offers professional residential cleaning services, including but not limited to:

  • Standard cleaning (regular maintenance cleaning)
  • Deep cleaning (comprehensive detailed cleaning)
  • Move-in/Move-out cleaning
  • Recurring cleaning services (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)

Service details, scope, and pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking.

3. Booking and Scheduling

  • Booking Confirmation: All bookings must be confirmed by the Company via email or phone.
  • Scheduling: We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred date and time, but cannot guarantee availability.
  • Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty.
  • Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing: Prices are based on property size, service type, and condition. Final pricing will be provided in your booking confirmation.
  • Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payments.
  • Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged.
  • Late Payments: Unpaid invoices over 30 days may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month.
  • Recurring Services: Clients on recurring plans will be charged automatically on the scheduled service date.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate property information and access instructions
  • Ensure the property is safe for our cleaning staff to work
  • Secure or remove valuable, fragile, or irreplaceable items
  • Inform us of any pets, security systems, or special considerations
  • Provide access to water, electricity, and necessary facilities
  • Notify us of any areas requiring special attention or to be avoided

6. Our Responsibilities

Steady Cleaning Services agrees to:

  • Provide professional, trained, and background-checked cleaning staff
  • Bring all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Complete services in a timely and professional manner
  • Respect your property and privacy
  • Maintain appropriate insurance coverage

7. Liability and Insurance

Steady Cleaning Services is fully insured and bonded. We take responsibility for damages caused by our negligence during the provision of services. However, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage to property or items
  • Damage to items not properly secured by the client
  • Damage resulting from hidden defects or wear and tear
  • Loss or damage to cash, jewelry, or other valuables left unsecured
  • Damage caused by factors beyond our control (power outages, natural disasters, etc.)

Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to address any concerns at no additional charge. This guarantee does not apply to issues caused by client negligence or failure to follow our recommendations.

9. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Our staff is trained to maintain confidentiality regarding your property and personal matters.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate recurring service agreements with 7 days' written notice. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to any client for any reason, including but not limited to: unsafe working conditions, abusive behavior, non-payment, or violation of these terms.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service or our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Steady Cleaning Services' total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
